Qualtrics is a leading survey engine created by the XM company. The Q-integrate tool creates an easy-to-install listener for real-time integration from Qualtrics into your cloud or on-premise database environment. The tool catches event notifications that you subscribe to using your Qualtrics account, and make full integration with their web platform seamless with your other internal tools.
Qualtrics enables real-time integration with their platform by allowing you to subscribe to events that are sent our when a user completes a survey. To receive these events, you must set up a “listener” to capture and record the events. This is what Q-integrate is. It is the listener the Qualtrics sends events to, that allows your business to integrate with Qualtrics in real-time. For more information, refer to the Qualtrics API website.
